About Andrew Kaplan

Andrew grew up around the auto repair industry and has loved cars for as long as he can remember. He used to spend his free time helping out at the Bridgestone/Firestone shop that his dad managed. Doing what he loved ignited Andrew's passion for the industry, setting the stage for a remarkable career. Second generation, Andrew began his own professional journey with Bridgestone/Firestone as a sales associate at the age of 20. His early success quickly catapulted his career, and within just two years, he assumed the role of store manager. 
Recognized for exceptional performance, he became the youngest managing partner in the country. Over 23 years with Bridgestone/Firestone, Andrew's store consistently ranked among the nation's top performers. His reputation transcended the company, leading to a pivotal role in his next adventure working for a franchisee of a large automotive repair group. Andrew played a vital part in expanding from 3 to 12 shops in three years.
Andrew is not just a seasoned businessman but a professionally trained expert with an in-depth understanding of the auto repair industry. Having navigated the challenges and triumphs throughout his career, he brings a wealth of experience to the table. Above all, Andrew finds immense joy in sharing his passion and knowledge, actively contributing to the growth and success of others in the business.
